We successfully designed and deployed an advanced automation pipeline for one of the USA’s largest freight audit providers.
The customer needed a solution to process a large volume of freight invoices daily. They required a system capable of accurately extracting numerous essential fields from various document types and identifying and classifying different invoice pages to improve operational efficiency.
Our solution processes over 60,000 invoices daily, seamlessly extracting more than 42 essential fields, including shipper details, consignee information, billing line items, and total amounts. It incorporates versatile data ingestion methods, utilizing email, FTP, and cloud storage solutions, such as AWS S3, to ensure efficient data flow.
The pipeline is meticulously structured to include critical stages such as identifying client codes and SCAC codes, as well as classifying various invoice pages—ranging from Bill of Lading to supportive documents and the main invoice page. Each document is processed using our proprietary Snare AI technology, which ensures the accurate extraction of all relevant data, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
We have achieved substantial improvements, including a 75% increase in data processing accuracy and a 60% reduction in manual data entry efforts. These enhancements have led to a 50% boost in overall operational efficiency, significantly elevating client satisfaction and streamlining the invoicing process.
