Responsible AI Requirements: If you use AI/ML Services to make significant decisions, you must evaluate potential risks and implement human oversight, testing, and other safeguards specific to your use case to mitigate those risks. Significant decisions include those affecting a person’s fundamental rights, health, or safety, such as medical diagnosis, judicial proceedings, access to essential benefits like housing or government assistance, opportunities like education, employment decisions, access to lending or credit, and providing legal, financial, or medical advice. You agree to disclose information about your intended use of the AI/ML Services and your compliance with this Policy upon request.
